Job Description  Coordinating the supply activity with oil finite products of the Capital (Bucharest), fuel – supply
of Cristianu deposit (Brasov), following up the export program through Oil Terminal and Midia
(4South Deposit), petrol and diesel;
 Coordinating the stock activity of petroleum products received from Brazi, Teleajen, Astra and
Pitesti Refineries;
 Coordinating the activity of fast fixing – intervention team from Prahova region;
 Coordinating and supervising the complete activity of pumping and technical intervention in
Petrotrans pumping station, in Buzau and Hagieni (Slobozia-Tandarei) re-pumping stations,
through Oil Terminal and on all subordinate fields / tracks - around 2500 km pipes;
 Operating the central panel connected to Skid systems;
 Watching and analyzing the computerized data transmitted by SAAB radar systems (product
level, temperature, instant flow, etc.) installed in Petrotrans tanks park;
 Supervising the written documents specific to the activity;
 Direct receiving of the pumping programs from company’s high management and applying
them, with maximum responsibility, by periodical reporting of their activity, as well as of the
entire information transmitted from all over the country to the Central Operational Point;

 Coordinating the supplying activity of the Capital (Bucharest) with finite oil products, in the
terminal of Bucharest Damaroaia and Bucharest 4South deposits;
 Following up the compliance of the quality standards specific to each of the petroleum finite
products;
 Coordinating the team responsible with the maintenance and fixing pipes activity;
 Coordinating the cabling and track deviation pipes workings, in my area of responsibility, on a
length of around 150 km;
 Coordinating the supply system with petroleum products in successive pumping system,
unique in the whole country; transport of different petroleum products on the same main pipe
(Pumping Cycle: petrol CO95, petrol CO90, petrol CO75, coupon mix petrol, diesel), with high
contamination risk between products, in case of inappropriate operation in the terminal tanks
park (Bucharest Damaroaia); for this pumping system I prepared and presented, in the end of
my 3rd internship year, a project representing, on the base of the experience and data from the
field, the calculation of the optimal number of pumping cycles and allowed mixing volumes
between products with different quality, for the pipes system supplying the Capital
(Bucharest), through the two central deposits.
