transfer. You should confirm your tuition fee amount on POTI and make sure that your bank balance is
sufficient enough to cover the amount 24 hours before the transaction.

Q: Can I register my financial supporter’s bank details for the Automatic Bank Withdrawal?
A: If you wish to register your financial supporter’s bank details for the Automatic Bank Withdrawal, it must
be a Japanese bank account. The registration procedure is conducted online, and you must seek
instruction from the Accounting Office on how to do so. TIU does not accept tuition fee payment from
oversea bank accounts.

If you wish to use a bank not registered with the Pay- Easy service, please consult a member of staff at
the Accounting Office or the International Exchange Office.

Q: What if I don’t register my bank details with the Pay-Easy service?

A: You will be required to make a payment at the bank in person and incur the cost of the transfer fee. If
you do not register you bank details in time, you will be notified by the International Exchange Office via,

financial institution that uses the Pay-Easy service as soon as possible.
