Users input parameters values for the items in the table according to their solvent
distilling needs. After input Heating Temp & Heating Time values in required table, the
Heating Temperature values & Heating Time values in other tables must be "0”.
For example, they need one heating stage to distill their dirty solvent, if so, they only
need to set values for Item 1; the others must be "0”.
For another example, users need two heating stages to distill their dirty solvent, if so,
they need to set values for Item 1 and Item 2, the others must be "0”.
2. Max pressure value: The standard value is 30Kp. Users don’t change this value.
3. Feeding Delay: (Delay time from receiving the execution of the feeding instruction. Don’t need

8. Screen saver: Users can set a value to meet their needs, for example, “5”, mean the
screen will not display after 5 minutes.
22 / 40
Mixed Solvent & Single Solvent
Before doing preset parameter settings, users need to know the composition of mixture: single
solvent or mixed solvents, boiling points and their characteristics.
◆ Single Solvent:
If there is only one kind of organic solvent in a mixture, we call it single solvent, means a mixture
containing only one kind of organic solvent and we only need to recovery one kind of solvent from the
mixture. Only need to preset one Heating Temperature value & heating time for “item 1” in the
parameter input form is suitable for recycling single solvent.
◆ Mixed Solvent:
If there are many solvents in a mixture, in other words, a mixed solvent / solution is composed of more
than two kinds of single solvent; we call it mixed solvent, means a mixture is composed of more than
two different solvents or containing a number of organic solvents, and we need to recovery more than
two kinds of solvents by one recycling process.
Here, mixed solvent refers to a variety of mixed solvents produced using a specified or certain
percentage of solvent during preparation
For example, Isoamyl (banana oil) solution doesn’t come from variety of processes and even different
manufacturers as a mixture of waste solution.
Need to preset Heating Temperature values & heating time for “Item 1” and “Item 2” in the parameter
input form / interface for recycling mixed solvent.
Parameter Setting Interface: Three Stages Parameters for mixture with boiling: 60℃, 110℃ & 140℃.
◆Caution: Solutions are mixed by solutions from different processes or different manufacturers, the recovery is
prohibited! In other words, solutions produced by different processes or by different manufacturers are prohibited.
23 / 40
3. Set Preset Parameters for Recycling Single Solvent / Solution:
To set the preset values/preset parameters of the machine’s control program for
recycling single solvent solution:
※The following one heating stage (Item=1) recovery method is suitable to recovery of single
solvent. For example: The preset values/ parameters of Acetone (56.53°C) are below:
◆Important Notes:
※ During the running of the machine, if you want to stop the recovery process, or to stop the trial
recovery, please press “STOP” key. It means to stop recovery process.
※ The preset values/preset parameters (110, 150) in the picture above must be adopted from
the actual recovery test of the solvent that you want to recycle. So, we suggest users to do a trial
recovery in order to obtain the actual parameters from the test at first.
※ Set Heating Time (Heating Duration): First step is to do a trial recovery, and note the actual
time spent, set the exact recovery heating duration/time and in accordance with the recovery
of the amount of solution.
※ Set Heating Temperature: the heating temperature is set 40℃~50℃ higher than to the
boiling point of the solvent.
When there are many solvents in a mixture, use the highest boiling point of the solvent in the
mixture as the standard for setting the heating temperature.
For unknown solvent’s boiling point, first set the heating temperature to 60℃;Gradually, increase
the temperature until the solvent begins to flow out, when the flow becomes stable, observe the
gaseous solvent temperature to know the actual Heating Temperature.
※ Stop Temp (shutdown temperature): Shutdown temperature must be below the solvent boiling
temperature by 5~10℃. If a mixture, containing several organic solvents, the shutdown
temperature is determined according to the solvent with the highest boiling point in the
mixture.
24 / 40
4. Set Preset Values/Parameters for Recycling Mixed Solvent:
●If the dirty solvent/mixed solvent is composed of three kinds of single solvent, and their boiling points
are 60℃, 110℃ and 140℃, the following settings, Three-stage recovery method, are suitable for the
recovery of mixed solvent/solution:
◆Important Notes:
※ The preset values parameters in the picture above must be adopted from the actual recovery test of the
solvent that you want to recycle. So, we suggest users to do a trial recovery in order to obtain the actual
parameters from the test at first.
※ Heating Time (Heating Duration): First step is to do a trial recovery, and note the actual time spent, set
the exact recovery heating duration/time and in accordance with the recovery of the amount of solution.
Heating Time preset values (60, 80, 30 minutes) in the picture above are only for reference purpose, the
actual values depend on the recovery of the amount of solution and the ratio of different solvents.
※ Heating Temperature: the heating temperature is set 40℃~50℃ higher than the boiling point of the
solvent.
If there are many solvents in a mixture, use the highest boiling point of the solvent in the mixture as the
standard for setting the heating temperature.
※ For unknown solvent’s boiling point, first set the heating temperature to 60℃;Gradually, increase the
temperature until the solvent begins to flow out, when the flow becomes stable, observe steam
temperature in the display’s Home Page/Working Interface to know the boiling point of the solvent.
※ During the recovery process, if you want to stop the operation, or to stop the trial recovery process, please
press “STOP” key for 2 seconds. It means to stop recovery process.
※ Stop Temp (Shutdown temperature) must be below the solvent boiling point by 5 °C~10 °C.
The shutdown temperature must be chosen according to the highest boiling point of mixed solvent. For
example: If the boiling points of the solvent in the mixed solvent / solution are 56 °C, 110 °C and 126 °C;
therefore, we choose “126 °C” as the standard to set→120, or →115.
25 / 40
5.To Do a Trial Recovery:
The preset values/preset parameters must be adopted from the actual recovery test of
the solvent that you want to recycle. So, we suggest users to do once or twice trial recovery
in order to obtain the actual parameters from the recycling trial test.
◆To set the preset values/preset parameters for a trial recovery as below:
※ Set Heating Temperature: the heating temperature is set 40℃~50℃ higher than the boiling
point of the solvent.
Mixture solvent: If there are many solvents in a mixture, use the highest boiling point of the
solvent in the mixture as the standard boiling point temperature value to set Heating
Temperature value.
Unknown solvent: For unknown solvent’s boiling point, first set the heating temperature to 60℃;
Gradually, increase the temperature until the solvent begins to flow out, when the flow becomes
stable, observe the thermometer to know the boiling point of the solvent.
※ Heating Time (Heating duration): Choose appropriate values according to unit’s type below:
Hy20Ex: 120 Hy40Ex: 150 Hy60Ex: 180 Hy90Ex: 180 Hy125Ex: 180
Note: These values above is only a reference, users need to do a trial test to obtain actual values.

Solution:Check the power supply system line current, power fuse and main power
switch has been properly closed, ensure a regular supply of electricity,
check that the fuse over the transformer in the control box, if burnt,
replace with a new one.
Solution: ①If waste solution added is over the maximum level line, reduce the
solution to the proper level line. Clean up the tank and add 5 liters of
solution, start the recovery process, to clean up the flow channels.
Cause of failure: ①.Steam pipe blockage, Solvent vapor does not normally flow
through the cooling system pipes. ②. Recovery tank has residues,
leading to undesirable heat conduction, causes low heating. ③.
Heating temperature setting is low.
Resolution of failure: ①. Check that pipes are not blocked, open the tank lid,
blow compressed air of 0.2bar through the outlet pipe; Check
whether there is enough air blowing through the solvent outlet. ②. If
recovery tank has much residue, heating is abnormal, clean up the
tank residue. ③. Follow the solvent’s boiling point to set the heating
temperature correctly.
Cause of failure: Heating temperature is set too high; Too much residue
accumulation, causing residue fire; Over heating will cause tank
deformation or cracks.
Resolution method: When smoke occurs, opening recovery tank at this time is
strictly prohibited. First switch off the power; let the machine cool off.
Then lower the heating temperature and appropriately shorten the
heating time. After recovery, leave a little amount of solvent in the
tank to avoid dryness and burns. Third, clean up the residue in the
tank.

Common malfunction characteristic: when the machine is in operation,
vapor leaks through the lid seal.
Cause of the malfunction: ①. Most of the time, it’s because the vapor pipe is
blocked;
②. Lid is not tightened or the seal is tampered with;
③. If the heating temperature setting is too high, it may lead to
excessive boiling, excessive vapor and too much steam pressure.
Resolution method: ①.Check whether the steam condenser pipe is congested.
②. Check the lid rotary knob and tighten the handle.
③. Check the gasket sealing performance, replace if broken or
smoothen it if flattened.
④. Check the solvent outlet pipe using 0.2bar air pressure, check the
heating temperature setting, Check if pressure is too high or the
heating temperature is set too high and reset appropriately.
VIII. When the machine is running, recovery tank isn’t heating & the thermometer
fails to show temperature rise:
Malfunction characteristics: Power switch turned on, indicator light shows
but the recovery tank isn’t heating, and the thermometer fails to
show temperature rise.
