Answer ALL Questions Assigned to your various teams. All work should be supported with research and
background work. This should include evidence of how your ideas have developed for your iDesign (Studio)
project.
● Conduct research into the Ashanti Region and community cultures/ traditions. (eg. history can
include, travel, food, traditions, means of transport etc)
● Identify ways in which these cultures can be promoted through Advertising strategies.
● Create a Postcard with a combination of Adinkra Symbols (Typography) and images to promote that
particular culture or simply an artistic expression. (eg. This can also be a typographic portrait)
● Share your story and reflections about the project (This will be done with other student collaborators
abroad/ online/ presentations).
Activity / Task
1. Conduct research into Advertising Firms, Company Structure and Roles.
2. Create a corporate identity for your startup design studio/ firm.
3. Develop a series of Ad campaigns to promote your selected start up/ company.
SUBMISSIONS
● Your Research/ Project will be submitted in digital formats
● Presentations: It is teamwork / group presentations.
Explanation: You will need to explain the choices you have made ensuring you refer to any reference
materials and sources that guided your Ad campaign/ design.

Research/ Concept development: 40% | Content Appeal: 25% | Presentation skills: 15% |*Portfolio/
reflections: 20% |Total: 100%
