ACTIVITY DESIGN
I. TITLE OF TRAINING SCHOOL-BASED TRAINING ON ADOLESCENT HEALTH
CARE FOR PRIMARY SERVICE PROVIDER-
FOUNDATIONAL COURSE AND BASIC GUIDANCE AND
COUNSELING SCHOOL THROUGH LAC SESSION

II. RATIONALE Pursuant to aim of Department of health and the

Department of Education to provide timely and relevant
training to the health care providers and/or teachers, the
12th day of December shall be spent for the conduct of the
School-Based Training on Adolescent Health Care for Primary
Service Provider-Foundational Course and Basic Guidance and
Counseling through LAC Session.

In view thereof, Buenavista National High School shall

conduct a LAC Session on Adolescent Health Care for Primary
Service Provider-Foundational Course and Basic Guidance and
Counseling among the faculty and administrators through a face-to-
face modality on December 12, 2022.
III. OBJECTIVE This one-day activity will be able to:
1. capacitate the healthcare providers and/or to better
understand the adolescent clients or patients and
how their developmental changes influence their
behaviors; and
2. serve as a jumping board in the development of a
service delivery network for the adolescent.
