Interview:

The interview is the process of a one-to-one conversation between users and system analysts to
collect information about the problems with the system. It is the best method to gather qualitative.
information. There are two people in this method, one is the interviewers who ask questions and
Another is the interviewee who provides knowledge that they have.
Advantages of Interview:
 Information gathered from an interview might be more accurate and effective than a
questionnaire because they can gather information by judging the body language and
behavior.

A disadvantage of the interview:

 Some interviewees may feel nervous, affecting their performance.

 It takes more time to gather information rather than questionnaire.

Interviewer: Could you tell me about the benefits of using LMS in the education sector?
Interviewee: Yeah! Sure, LMS is the best online learning platform that provides the necessary
course content and conducts e-learning video classes. If students want to study the out of
syllabus/course, it will be easily available on this platform. It also provides students’ needs
including assignments, lecture notes, and reading materials.

Interviewer: So nice! I have another question. Please tell me! Has LMS supported the students
to collaborate with friends on projects or assignments? if yes, how?
Interviewee: Yeah obviously, LMS supports students in communicating with each other. For eg:
At Malaysian University, the University sends group assignments to them. They must work with
friends and submit as a group work/component. For this reason, they collaborate and
communicate with each other by using this platform. LMS has a messaging system /chatting
feature where students can discuss the course contents, assignments, and projects.

Interviewer: Is this system freely available or not?

Interviewee: No, this system is not freely available. In this system, students should pay a certain
amount to access it. After paying, students can access course contents, assignments, and lecture
slides.
Interviewer: If students can’t access this system or there may be a technical error, how do you
handle this error?

Interviewee: If students can’t access this system due to technical errors, it’s important to handle
this problem. It should be aware of reported issues from users, and system notifications. The
system should update the students regularly about the reported issues. It should create a feedback
system and action or try to be aware of it immediately.

Interviewer: You knew that Students are very innocent and researchable who share personal
data in the login process within this system, does this system keep their data secure? How?

Interviewee: We know that We all are sharing information during the login process. It should
use strong user authentication such as only accessing data if they enter a username and strong
password. Admin should regulate and update the system from time to time and conduct regular
security.

Interviewer: How does LMS support the students to reach their goals and content?

Interviewee: First, students should log in and pay a certain amount of money to access the
system. After that, it should provide educational materials that help the students to research. It
creates a platform where all materials are available such as content, course, and necessary things
that help the student’s learning.

Interviewer: Is this system useful and reliable for students and instructors? How?

Interviewee: Yes, this system is useful for students and instructors. It helps students to learn
anything just like what they want to learn, and they can upload the assignment and create a
relationship with the teacher or admin. Similarly, it is also reliable because the system informs
the learner if there may be some technical error and handles this immediately. It keeps a user's
data secure in the database. That’s why it is useful and reliable for students and instructors.

Interviewer: I have another question then after finishing it Is there any limitation of this system?
What they are?

Interviewer: Yes, there are some limitations of this system are as follows:
1. First, students should pay to access it. They can’t afford to pay or access it. So only rich
people can access or use it. In conclusion, this system is only available for rich people.
2. This system can only be accessed if students are on internet connectivity. They can’t
access it if they have poor internet connectivity.
3. If there is some technical problem or may be hacked, all user’s data will disappear.
