and the access road at site is also the same based on our physical verification.
8) 3.5 Mtr ROW (Right of Way) from the center of the existing road has been considered as per
fundamental guideline issued by banepa municipality.
9) Residential building having plinth area 825.00 sq ft having municipal approved drawing of 4
storey building which has 2641.40 sq ft of total built up area and partial building completion
certificate is issued for 2 storey building of 1816.40 Sq. Ft.
