The patients will undergo the following procedures:

➢ Physical examination rectal and genital examination

➢ Urinalysis
➢ Fecalysis
➢ Chest x- ray
➢ Complete blood count
➢ Electrocardiogram (for members _30_ years old and above)
➢ Papsmear- (for female members age (30) years old & above)
➢ Rectal Examination - (For male employees)
➢ Eye Refraction

Special Instructions:

➢ The patient should collect a pea sized stool specimen in the morning before proceeding to
the clinic and must be submitted to the Laboratory within 2 hours after collection.
➢ Urine specimen containers will be provided at the clinic. Kindly collect a mid-stream urine
sample during the day of examination and immediately submit to the laboratory. (Female
can submit a specimen at least 7 days after the last day of menstruation)
➢ For female members 35 years old and above who will undergo Pap Smear, it is
recommended by most Gynecologists and Oncologists to refrain from sexual intercourse for
at least 72 hours before the examination. (Female can undergo pap smear at least 10 days
after the last day of menstruation)
➢ Results will personally pick-up to avoid any delays.
➢ Kindly call the facility first prior the availment.
➢ Clinics and Doctor schedule may have changes without prior notice.
➢ Patient/s should present their Intellicare card and any valid ID prior to any availment. We
are strictly implementing a NO ID, NO APE policy.
