Sub: Requesting for 6th-year Paid Tuition Fee (Ph.D.) adjustment towards my Re-
Registration fee and Adjudication fee for Thesis Submission – reg.

I joined the Ph.D. program on 06/04/2017 [in 2016-17 AB] as a Part-Time scholar in the Dept.
of CSE under the esteemed guidance of Dr. T. Srinivasa Rao, Associate Professor, bearing a
Regd. No.: 1260316418.

I have successfully completed my Pre-Talk on 14/03/2024. In this regard, I am requesting for

my Re-registration. I have paid the fee for all 6 years. Based on the email dated 20/11/2023 from
GITAM-PhD Admissions, I have to pay a 6-month fee of my PhD First year (half of Rs 73,200/-
), which is Rs 36,600/-, and an adjudication fee of Rs 20,000/- for my Ph.D. Submission. In this
regard, I kindly request that you adjust my Tuition fee of Rs 66,550 paid by me towards my 6th
-Year fee through online payment, with Txn ID:20230331011090000848544735110473948 on
March 31st,2023.

Please refund the remaining amount of Rs 9,950/- to the following Account No:
534302010031021, GITAM University – IFSC: UBIN0553433, which serves as a favour for
me.
