Talking about franchising, there are positive and negative things to talk about,

The positives in franchising.


Of course we will get learning from a business that has been prepared by the
franchisor, here as tenants or franchise buyers, we will get knowledge about sources,
types of work materials, work concepts, work systems, and ways of behavior and goals
of the franchise business, even though in the form of the concept expressed by the
franchisor. However, we have definitely got concepts, trends, types of business, work
procedures, and knowledge in management. So franchising is an instant business that
makes it easier for someone who has capital but doesn't have ideas and doesn't have
management.

The Negatives in the franchise.


The negative side of a franchise business is that there is a discrepancy in the
concept of promises from the franchisor, more expensive capital because we get a
work package prepared by the franchisor, business competition in a trend that may go
down in a certain time, or we are only used as a test. try to run a trend in a business.
Most of what happens in the franchise business is a slow return on investment, a trend
that doesn't expand which makes income inappropriate or even a loss, the initial capital
issued is quite large and doesn't match the physical gain, and the last is that we only
enrich or introduce the brand. and other people's business concepts only.
