which uses more advanced and up-to-date technology. The movement towards Marketing 5.0
is driven by five big trends, namely the number of digital-savvy generations, the adoption of a
physical (physical-digital) lifestyle, the digitalization dilemma, rapid technological
developments, and the inseparable symbiosis between humans and technology. Marketing

companies can optimize their business if they are able to maximize the use of technology for
