right way of using materials and NOT PROPER if it is not.

D. ELABORATION Application:
Lisa’s mother ordered her to clean the bathroom. She gave all
the materials Lisa will need in cleaning. One of the materials is
bleaching liquid. What should Lisa do before using it? Why?
