teaching position in your school district. I've known her for a year and four months as her school
principal. Mrs. Paraiso has always been driven to develop her skills as a teacher.

She is eager in taking up extra responsibilities such as being the grade level English Reading
Coordinator and School Health Aid. She also embraces any opportunity for Professional development,
which makes her an ideal leader.

Mrs. Paraiso has a wonderful rapport with people of all ages, especially with children and parents. Her
ability to connect with her students and her talent at teaching simple concepts' as well as more
advanced topics, are both exemplary. She builds trust and support system with her students
