    The emcee welcomed parents, teachers, and school heads to the general PTA conference for the first quarter of the 2022-2023 school year. An opening prayer and the national anthem were performed. Participants for the PTA assembly meeting were then introduced. The SGC president and PTA president both delivered welcoming and opening remarks. The PTA treasurer presented the PTA financial report, followed by the PTA president's report. The school head then presented his school head report.     Good afternoon, dear parents, teachers and school heads.

    It is my pleasure to be the emcee for this General PTA


    Conference for the first quarter of the school year 2022-2023. I would like to extend a very warm welcome to
    all of you. We appreciate you, our dear parents for taking time off your busy schedules to join us today.
    Prayer and National Anthem
    Before anything else, may I request everyone to please rise for the opening prayer to be led by Ma’am Cashmire
    M. Lavina and to be followed by the singing of the National anthem to be led by Ma’am Desiree M. Alada.
    Please be seated.
    Presentation of Participants
    To begin our program, I would like to call in Mr. Solito D. Clarito to introduce to us our participants for this
    afternoon’s PTA Assembly meeting. Let’s give him a round of applause please.
    Thank you sir.
    Welcome Address
    Now, let’s hear the message of Mr. Ferdinand P. Develleres, our SGC President for his welcome address.
    Thank you sir for that wonderful welcoming address.
    Opening Remarks
    At this juncture, we are pleased to have Mr. Ariston A. Cabangbang, our PTA President to deliver his opening
    remarks. A round of applause please.

    PTA Financial Report
    Now, let’s proceed with the PTA Financial Report. May I call in Mrs. Daisy Develleres, our PTA Treasurer to
    present to us her PTA Financial Report.
    Thank you so much Mrs. Develleres for that detailed report.
    PTA President’s Report
    Let’s also hear Mr. Ariston A. Cabangbang, our PTA President for his PTA President Report.
    Thank you sir for that clear presentation and report.
    School Heads Report
    At this point, may I call in Mr. Ricardo F. Faunillan, our School Head to present to us his School Head Report.

    Open Forum
    Now, let’s proceed with our open forum. May I call in our PTA President Mr. Ariston Cabangbang to facilitate
    our open forum and answer your questions and clarifications.
    Adjournment of the Program
    That ends our meeting for this afternoon. To our dear parents, may I thank you for your active participation in
    our General Assembly Meeting. May this be the start of our attendance for our following meetings. You can
    now proceed with the respective classrooms of your students. Thank you and have a good day.
