The receptionist is at the front desk, the bellboy is nearby, and the guest
approaches the reception desk.]

Receptionist: Good afternoon! Welcome to the Grand Hotel. How may I assist you today?

Guest: Good afternoon. I have a reservation under the name of John Smith.

Receptionist: Thank you, Mr. Smith. May I have your ID and credit card, please?

[The guest hands over their ID and credit card.]

Receptionist: Thank you, Mr. Smith. I see that you have a reservation for a deluxe room. Just a moment,
please, while I prepare your check-in.

[The receptionist checks the computer system, confirms the reservation, and assigns a room.]

Receptionist: Alright, Mr. Smith, here is your room keycard. You will be staying in Room 305, located on
the third floor. Our bellboy, Mike, will assist you with your luggage.

[Bellboy Mike approaches the guest.]

Bellboy Mike: Good afternoon, Mr. Smith. I'm here to help you with your luggage. May I take your bags?

Guest: Thank you, Mike. I have two suitcases.

[Bellboy Mike takes the suitcases and leads the guest towards the elevator.]
Bellboy Mike: Please follow me, Mr. Smith, and I'll take you to your room. If you have any questions
about the hotel or need assistance during your stay, feel free to ask.

[The bellboy and guest head towards the elevator, while the receptionist attends to the next guest.]

[Scene: Hotel room. The guest and bellboy Mike arrive.]

Bellboy Mike: Here we are, Room 305. If you need anything else, such as extra towels or information
about the hotel amenities, please don't hesitate to contact the front desk.

Guest: Thank you, Mike. I appreciate your help.

Bellboy Mike: You're welcome, Mr. Smith. Enjoy your stay, and if you need assistance with anything, feel
free to call the front desk or use the hotel phone in your room.

Guest: I will. Thank you again, Mike.

[Bellboy Mike leaves the room.]

[Scene: Hotel lobby during check-out.]

Receptionist: Good morning, Mr. Smith. How was your stay with us?

Guest: It was excellent, thank you.

Receptionist: I'm glad to hear that. May I have your room key and check-out details, please?

[The guest hands over the room key and provides any necessary information for the check-out process.]
Receptionist: Thank you, Mr. Smith. I will print your bill and review it with you.

[The receptionist prints the bill and goes over it with the guest.]

Receptionist: Here is your final bill. Please review it, and if everything is in order, we can proceed with
the payment.

Guest: It looks good. I'll pay with my credit card.

[The guest provides their credit card, and the receptionist processes the payment.]
