CYLINDER HEAD ASSEMBLY
1. Install four seals to the cylinder head with
installation tool (P/N 495327) and hammer. Note
that the exhaust seals are green and the intake
seals are blue. See Figure 1 and Figure 2.

2. Rotate the head 90° and apply a light coat of light
machine oil or engine oil to the valve bore from the
underside.
3. Install valves to bores.
NOTE: Valves are also marked INT (P/N 204236K)
and EXH (P/N 204436J) for ease of assembly. See
Figure 3.

4. Install four spacers lip-side up. See Figure 4.

depressed. See Figure 7.
9. Release the hydraulic press. Remove the plate.
