An individual is a blend of positive and negative attributes,
encompassing attitudes, perspectives, practices, and mental
processes. Recognizing both strengths and weaknesses is crucial
for personal growth. Some people are born with unique skills, while
others must diligently develop them. Despite these differences,
each person must acknowledge and leverage their abilities.
Personally, I identify a strong interest in learning, driven by a focus
on understanding material rather than memorization. This
approach has led me to self-educate using diverse resources like
books and the Internet, especially with the rise of online courses.
However, I tend to lose motivation in subjects that don't capture
my interest, risking the development of unproductive habits.
Procrastination is another challenge I face, often leaving
assignments and studying until the last minute. Despite these
weaknesses, reading about others' achievements online has served
as a source of inspiration. Recognizing and addressing these traits
is essential for personal and academic success.
Data is said to be sent
out when it moves from
one person, group, or
place to another. For
communication to take
place, there must be a
sender, a message, and
someone who receives
it. Management is also
the process through
which leaders
collaborate and
communicate with their
subordinates,
managers, customers,
suppliers, investors,
and other partners.
Chapter 9 discusses a component of the management process that relates to
quality. This part talked about how a company's products, processing methods,
and use of resources can please customers. We have to decide how to proceed by
analysing the company's internal systems and procedures, the characteristics
and reasons for any problems that have developed, and the most successful
strategies for resolving them. Each component's first results must be evaluated.
In Islam, every action aligns with Allah's guidance, aiming to build
an honest and virtuous society. Islam emphasizes kindness,
fostering a better and more peaceful world. Management, in both
short and long-term goals, involves utilizing people and resources.
The Islamic approach to management, rooted in the teachings of
Prophet Muhammad SAW, guides actions related to budgeting and
interpersonal relations. This business model aligns with Quranic
principles, emphasizing ethical conduct and care for others. Islamic
management, based on Quranic guidance, seeks to align business
practices with the broader objectives of Islam. It emphasizes the
importance of leaders seeking guidance to enhance their
effectiveness.
Chapter 8 Chapter 9

Chapter 10
As Islam gains popularity, the principles of
"Islamic Management" are increasingly applied.
These approaches yield excellent results,
making Islam more influential in management
compared to other business philosophies.
Islamic management emphasizes implementing
Islamic teachings in the workplace,
emphasizing reliability, support for others, and
enhanced communication skills. Unlike
traditional management, Islamic management
aligns with POLC (Planning, Organizing,
Leading, Controlling) principles based on
Islamic law and Sunnah.
Reading these parts made me realize that management
teachings go beyond business—they apply to various
aspects of life. Whether it's our actions, the people we
interact with, or the principles we follow, everything is
interconnected and influences how we handle daily tasks.
Nothing is truly independent; everything is linked. This
understanding may not grab attention until it's crucial,
but when it is, it proves highly beneficial. It feels like I've
either learned something new or gained a better grasp of
what I already knew.
In conclusion, I strongly believe that effective management
is the key to streamlined operations. Successful leadership
requires the careful execution of each strategy, as any
misstep can disrupt the interconnected nature of the
entire system. Just like a well-assembled machine, when all
the parts are in place, the management system can propel
individuals or groups toward their goals. Through my
experiences, I've learned valuable lessons, such as patience,
collaboration, and perseverance, which are essential for
navigating challenges and achieving success.
