Price Validity : This Proposal is valid until 30-04-24. Currency variation will be charged to client if quoted other than Pakistani Rupees.

Payment Terms : 100% Advance

Taxes : GST is not included in quotation. If any services tax is levied by the Govt at the time of invoice, same shall be passed
on to the Client.
Late Payment: Late payment charges will be 5% of contract value per day. ZAAVIYA TECHNOLOGIES will not charge any
additional amount if payment will be done within agreed days of invoice submission date. Client's internal documentation
or procedures should not cause any delay in releasing outstanding amounts.
