How Does SCORM Course License Activation Work, and What Is the Duration?
A course license is considered 'activated' when a learner initially accesses a SCORM
connector within a course. Each connector represents a singular SCO (Sharable
Content Object) extracted from an original SCORM package. Upon activation, the
learner is allocated a set period, as defined by the license duration, to engage with
and complete the course material.

Billed?
Our corporate plans are tailored for organisations seeking an annual subscription
model. With this plan, you pay an upfront annual fee that is calculated based on the
maximum number of users you expect to have access throughout the billing year.
This approach allows for straightforward budgeting and eliminates the need for
monthly billing cycles, providing a seamless administrative experience while ensuring
that all your users have uninterrupted access to our SCORM Connectors for the
duration of the year.
Can Users Access Unlimited Products and What Happens If We Exceed Our User
Limit?
Yes, under our plans, users can subscribe and activate licenses across an unlimited
number of products. Should your usage exceed the contracted number of users, any
additional users will be billed in accordance with the rates specified in our pricing
table. This ensures that you have the flexibility to expand your user base as needed
while maintaining transparency in how additional usage is billed.
What Is the Cancellation Policy for Corporate Plans with SCORM Dispatch?
Our corporate plans are based on an annual pre-payment model. You have the
option to cancel your SCORM Dispatch service agreement at the end of your billing
year. As these plans are prepaid annually, no refunds are provided for cancellations
before the end of the contracted year. Upon deactivation of your account, be advised
that it is final, resulting in the permanent removal of your data from the SCORM
Dispatch platform, and all SCORM Connectors associated with your account will
immediately cease to function. To safeguard your information, we strongly advise
backing up all necessary data prior to the end of your billing cycle and initiating
cancellation.
