A course license is considered 'activated' when a learner initially accesses a SCORM
connector within a course. Each connector represents a singular SCO (Sharable
Content Object) extracted from an original SCORM package. Upon activation, the
learner is allocated a set period, as defined by the license duration, to engage with
and complete the course material.

SCORM course licenses offer versatility in duration settings to accommodate diverse
learning needs. You have the option to set the licenses to have an unlimited duration
or to specify an expiration date. The license duration determines the timeframe in
which a student can access the course materials through the connector, starting from
their initial engagement with any content item.

What is the Cancellation Policy for SCORM Dispatch Services?


You have the freedom to cancel your SCORM Dispatch service agreement at any
time. Upon cancellation, you will be billed only for the usage up to the point of
cancellation. Please note that account deactivation is final and results in the
permanent removal of your data from the SCORM Dispatch platform. Additionally, all
SCORM Connectors associated with your account will cease to function immediately
after the cancellation takes effect. We recommend ensuring that all necessary data is
backed up before initiating cancellation.

Active user License

—who has engaged with one or more SCORM Connectors within the current month
under an active license. This means that with an active license, a user can be enrolled
in multiple courses simultaneously and access various connectors without
restrictions. The 'active' status is a reflection of current, not past, engagement,
ensuring that your billing corresponds directly to real-time usage.

Is There a Pricing Option Based on Active Users Instead of Individual License

If your learners are enrolled in multiple SCORM connectors concurrently, our per-user
rate plan could be the most cost-effective option for you. This plan allows you to pay
a single rate for each active user, regardless of how many licenses they activate across

duration of the year.

Can Users Access Unlimited Products and What Happens If We Exceed Our User
Limit?
Yes, under our plans, users can subscribe and activate licenses across an unlimited
number of products. Should your usage exceed the contracted number of users, any
additional users will be billed in accordance with the rates specified in our pricing
table. This ensures that you have the flexibility to expand your user base as needed
while maintaining transparency in how additional usage is billed.

What Is the Cancellation Policy for Corporate Plans with SCORM Dispatch?
Our corporate plans are based on an annual pre-payment model. You have the
option to cancel your SCORM Dispatch service agreement at the end of your billing
year. As these plans are prepaid annually, no refunds are provided for cancellations
before the end of the contracted year. Upon deactivation of your account, be advised
that it is final, resulting in the permanent removal of your data from the SCORM
Dispatch platform, and all SCORM Connectors associated with your account will
immediately cease to function. To safeguard your information, we strongly advise
backing up all necessary data prior to the end of your billing cycle and initiating
cancellation.
