1.

Scope

This standard specifies the circulating water system vacuum degasser (hereinafter referred to as degasser)
terms and definitions, classification and naming, structure and basic parameters

Number, requirements, test methods, acceptance rules and signs, packaging, storage and transportation
requirements.

This standard applies to the water temperature is not greater than 90 ° C, the design pressure is not greater
than 1.6 MPa circulating water system in the vacuum degasser.

3. Terms And Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1

Machine case

Degasser case.

3.2

Degassing tank

Stores the gas-water mixture of steel welding tank, for the cylindrical steel welding structure, its top and
bottom by a stamping oval head composition, the tank is equipped with inlet and outlet, exhaust port and
control equipment interface.

The top and bottom of the tank are made of a stamped oval head, and the tank is equipped with inlet and
outlet ports, exhaust ports and control equipment interfaces.

Water Pump

Degassing tank will be degassed after the water transported back to the original system equipment.

4. Classification And Naming

4.1 Product Classification

Degasser according to the water system pressure is divided into 1.o MPa and 1.6 MPa two series;
according to its application can be divided into the central air-conditioning system (c-type).

According to its application, it can be divided into central air-conditioning system (c-type) and heating
system (H-type).

4.2 Product Naming

Product modeling method:

Gas machine water treatment capacity (t / h)

Gas machine application occasion code (c-type, H-type)

Applicable system pressure of gas machine (1.0 MPa, 1.6 MPa)

Air machine code


Example:

Apply to the heating heating system water pressure of 1.0 MPa, water treatment capacity of 4t / h of the
degasser, its model: TQ / 1.0-H 4.

5. Structure And Basic Parameters

5.1 Structure

Degassing machine made of box type, generally by the chassis, degassing tanks, pumps, inlet and outlet
valves, automatic exhaust valves, pressure and vacuum gauges, level switches, pressure sensors, control
cabinets and so on.

Force sensor, control cabinet and other components, its basic structure shown in Figure 1.

Description:

③ - water pump;
④ - inlet and outlet water valves;

⑤ - automatic exhaust valve

⑥ - pressure vacuum gauge

⑦ - Liquid level switch

⑧ - pressure sensor

⑨ - control cabinet.

5.2 Basic Parameters

The basic parameters of the degasser are shown in Table 1.

6. Requirements

6.1 Basic requirements

6.1.1 The surface of the degasser box rust and paint should be in accordance with the provisions of the
drawings, and the paint film should be uniform, flat, smooth, the surface shall not have wrinkles, bubbles,
spots and adhesion of particles and impurities and other defects.

6.1.2 degasser degassing tanks, pumps, control cabinets and chassis should be connected tightly, no loose
phenomenon.

6.2 material requirements


6.2.1 degasser used in a variety of materials should be consistent with the corresponding materials of
national standards or industry standards, and should have the material manufacturer's Quality certificate.

6.2.2 degasser used in racks, boxes, panels and other mechanical properties should be consistent with GB
/ T 710 provisions.

6.2.3 degasser inlet and outlet valve and flange performance should be consistent with the provisions of
GB / T 12234.

6.2.4 degasser automatic exhaust valve performance should be consistent with the provisions of CJ / T
217.

6.2.5 degasser pressure vacuum gauge performance should be consistent with GB / T 1226 provisions.

6.2.6 degassing machine degassing tank used in the mechanical properties of steel should be consistent
with the provisions of GB / T 710, the processing should be consistent with the provisions of NB / T
47003.1. provisions.

6.2.7 degasser pump performance should be consistent with the provisions of GB / T 5657.

6.2.8 degasser level switch performance should be consistent with the provisions of HG / T 2742.

6.2.9 degasser connection threads should be consistent with the provisions of GB / T 1 96.

6.2.10 degasser pressure sensor performance should be consistent with the provisions of JB / T 10524.

6.3 processing requirements

6.3.1 degasser should be manufactured in accordance with the standard requirements in addition to the
requirements of the approved product drawings and technical documents should also be in line with the
requirements of the box by the chassis and frame welded together.

6.3.2 Welded parts of the weld bevel should be consistent with the relevant provisions of GB / T 985.1.
The surface of welded joints shall not have cracks, trachoma, arc pits and other defects.

6.3.3 degasser inlet pipe and water inlet valve, water inlet valve and degassing tank, degassing tank and
pump, pump and water pipe, water pipe and water valve, degassing tank and pressure vacuum gauge and
exhaust. Degassing tank and pressure vacuum gauge and exhaust valve are connected by thread or flange.

6.3.4 Degasser parts assembly should take into account the maintenance and disassembly convenience.

6.3.5 All parts must be checked and qualified, purchased parts, collaborative parts must have qualified
documents before assembly.
6.3.6 chassis and frame welding joint surface shall not have cracks, sand holes, arc pits and other defects.

6 3.7 The threaded connection between the parts shall not have bruising, bending, pressure folding and
other defects.

6.3.8 Degassing machine processing should be carried out after the hydrostatic test, under the test
pressure of all connection parts shall not have leakage, pipe fittings without visible deformation.

6.4 performance requirements

6 4.1 dissolved oxygen in the water: ≤ 1.0 mg / L. 6 4.2 degassing rate: ≤ 1.0 mg / L.

6.4.2 degassing rate: ≥ 95%.

6 5 installation requirements

6.5.1 working power supply should be consistent with 380 V ± 19 V, 50 Hz earth 1 Hz.

6.5.2 working environment temperature: 0 ° C ~ 55 ° C, relative humidity: <95%.

6.5.3 degasser in principle can be installed in the heating and cooling circulating water system at any
point, but it is best to install the system on the return line.

Installation point pressure and temperature should be within the operating range.

6.5.4 degasser inlet and outlet should be connected to the main return pipe in the center of the horizontal
position, to prevent connected to the bottom of the return pipe so that impurities into the degasser,
connected to the top of the return pipe.

Connected to the top of the return pipe water is not easy to enter the degasser, the distance between the
import and export should be greater than 600 nlin.

6.5.5 The degasser should be placed on a solid horizontal foundation, and can be fixed without
foundation.

6.5.6 When the degasser is installed in parallel, the distance between the nearest neighboring inlet and
outlet pipes shall not be less than 600 mm.

7. Test Methods

7.1 Appearance
The appearance of the degasser is visually inspected.

7.2 Hydraulic Test

Degasser processing is completed, the use of room temperature water for hydrostatic test, the test pressure
for the design pressure of 1.25 times. Test, adopt pressurization with a test pump, the pressure should rise
slowly to reach the prescribed pressure, the holding time should be not less than 30 min.

7.3 Dissolved Oxygen

Degasser pipeline out of the water dissolved oxygen using dissolved oxygen meter for determination, in
the degasser working time in the ideal calculated value to reach the whole

Part of the system water after degassing, six consecutive measurements, take its average value,
measurement mode see normative appendix A.

7.4 Degassing Rate

Degasser degassing rate according to formula (1).

P Degassing rate, the value is expressed in %;

n - the amount of dissolved oxygen in the raw water, the unit is milligrams per liter (mg / L);

b- the amount of residual dissolved oxygen after degassing, the unit is milligrams per liter (mg / L).

8. Acceptance Rules

8. 1 degasser should be inspected by the manufacturer's inspection department after passing the test,
issued by the certificate of conformity.

8.2 degasser inspection sub-factory inspection and type inspection, inspection items and requirements
were in accordance with the corresponding provisions of Table 2.

8 2.1 Factory inspection shall be carried out on a unit-by-unit basis.

8.2.2 Type inspection shall be randomly selected from the factory inspection of qualified products in any
one for the sampling base of not less than 5 units, there are the following circumstances.

Once, the type test should be carried out:

a) product identification of stereotypes;

b) structure, materials, processes have significant changes that may affect product performance;

c) stop production for more than a year, when resuming production;

d) Normal production time up to 24 months;

e) The factory inspection results and the last type test results have a big difference;

f) When the state quality supervision organization puts forward the type inspection requirements.

8.2.3 Each degasser according to the factory inspection items and requirements specified in Table 2
inspection, if any one of the inspection requirements are not qualified, you can rework until qualified.

8.2.4 If any one of the type test does not meet the requirements of the type test items and requirements
specified in Table 2, it is permitted to double the sample retest, if the results still have a failure, then type
test is judged unqualified, on behalf of the product should be reviewed and reworked.

9. Signs, Packaging, Storage And Transportation

9.1 Signs

Each degasser should be fixed in a conspicuous position on the product labeling, labeling should be
consistent with the provisions of GB / T 13306. Labeling should include the following

Content:

a) Product name and model number;


b) Motor rated power;

c) Voltage;

d) Net weight;

8.2.3 Each degasser according to the factory inspection items and requirements specified in Table 2
inspection, if any one of the inspection requirements are not qualified, you can rework until qualified.

8.2.4 If any one of the type test does not meet the requirements of the type test items and requirements
specified in Table 2, it is permitted to double the sample retest, if the results still have a failure, then

reviewed and reworked.

9. Signs, Packaging, Storage And Transportation

9.1 Signs

Each degasser should be fixed in a conspicuous position on the product labeling, labeling should be
consistent with the provisions of GB / T 13306. Labeling should include the following

Content:

a) Product name and model number;

b) Motor rated power;

c) Voltage;

d) Net weight;

e) Date of shipment, product number;

f) Name of the manufacturing unit.

9.2 Packaging

9.2.1 The water inside the degasser should be cleared before packing.

9.2.2 All the VI flanges of the degasser should be blocked, and the blocking parts should be able to resist
the erosion of wind and rain.

9.2.3 Packaging using plastic film and wooden boxes, packaging should be consistent with the provisions
of GB / T 13384.
9.2.4 Randomly provided documents should be packed in a waterproof bag, and with the degasser into the
box. Random documents should include:

a) packing list;

b) Product conformity certificate and quality certificate;

c)Product instruction manual;

d) Installation drawings.

9.2.4.1 degasser instructions should be prepared in accordance with the provisions of GB / T 19678.

9.2.4.2 product certification should be stamped with the manufacturing unit inspection seal, and include
the following:

a) product name, model;

b) product number;

c) inspector;

d) manufacturing unit and factory date.

9.2.4.3 Quality certificate shall include at least the following:

a) technical parameters;

b) Main parts and components material;

c) dissolved oxygen test results;

d) product implementation of the standard.

9.2.5 The outer wall of the box rain, shock and other packaging storage and transportation signs, receipt
and shipment signs should be consistent with the provisions of GB / T 19l, GB / T 6388, and should
indicate the following.

And should indicate the following:

a) product name, model;

b) Gross weight of the packing box, b;

c) box length × width × height, mm;


d) Name of the manufacturing unit;

e) Receiving unit and detailed address;

f) Shipping unit and detailed address.

9.3 Storage and transportation

9.3.1 The packaged degasser should be stored in a clean, dry and well-ventilated warehouse, and should
not be stored with flammable, explosive or corrosive articles.

It should not be stored with flammable, explosive and corrosive goods, the air should not contain
corrosive gases, and the storage environment temperature should range from 5°C to 35°C, and the relative
humidity of the storage environment should be less than 80%.

The relative humidity of the storage environment should be less than 80%.

9.3.2 During transportation, measures should be taken to prevent vibration or collision causing damage to
the product or the packing box, and should not be shipped at the same time with corrosive substances.

Appendix A

(Normative Appendix)

Dissolved Oxygen Test for Degasser Effluent Water

A.1 Measuring İnstruments Used For Testing:

Name: dissolved oxygen measuring instrument;

Model / specification: YSI-D0200 type or equivalent accuracy instrument;

Measuring range: 0 mg / I, ~ 20 mg / L;

Instrument demonstration value error requirements: 0.03 mg / L;

- - With a valid certificate of metrological verification.

A.2 Test Conditions:

Ambient temperature: 0°C ~ 55°C;

--Ambient humidity: <95% (RH);

Volume of closed water tank: 0.5 m3 ~ 30 m3;


Water temperature in the tank: 0°C to 90°C;

Vacuum in degassing tank: 0.08 MPa.

A.3 Testing Method:

In 0 min ~ 60 min after the instrument is turned on, every 10 min will be in the pipeline dissolved oxygen
content of the measured value filled in Table A.1.
