All India Pre-Medical/Pre-Dental Entrance Examination
was conducted by the Central Board of Secondary
Education, Delhi. The entrance exam is conducted f or
entrance examination exclusively f or the 15% merit
positions f or the Medical/Dental Colleges of India. This
year the Preliminary Examination was held on 3rd of April,
2010 and the f inal exam was conducted on 16th May
2010. The duration of both the exams was three hours.
The Preliminary Examination consisted one paper
containing 200 objective type multiple choice questions
f rom Physics, Chemistry and Biology (Botany and
Zoology). The f inal exam consisted of one paper
containing 120 objective types multiple choice questions.

It is a mandatory written test f or admission into any

medical and dental courses at bachelor level. However, it
