Health is the most important factor of human life.

It is the foundation for all


other human activities. Therefore, people need a lot of solutions to improve their
health. There are many activities to stay healthy such as : jogging, gym,... But, I
feel The thing that suits me the most is football. I'm busy all day and only play
soccer in the evening. My fixed soccer match schedule is at 6 o'clock on
Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Football has benefits that people do
not expect. Continuous running helps increase endurance, thereby reducing the
risk of heart diseases, Reduce excess fat, improve bone and muscle health. It
also helps expand relationships and enhance collective spirit. In particular,
playing soccer helps reduce stress effectively and quickly. Because when you
play soccer, you only focus on the game and can't think about anything.
