【 Refund Policy 退費規定】

1. If for any reason, Fun Taiwan Camp cancels the camp 1-5 business days before the 1st
day of the session, total camp fees (excluding the registration fee) will be refunded.
2. If for any reason, campers wish to cancel enrollment, 90% of the tuition will be refunded
provided that the cancellation request is emailed at least 1 business day before the first day
of camp.

1.若因不可抗力因素取消營隊，我們會在1至5個工作天內通知家長，註冊費恕不退還。
2.報名繳費後至開課日前一天取消，退回學費九成。

The refund policy will follow the Taipei City Government Education Department Short-term
Supplementary Education Refund Regulations https://reurl.cc/1GGo7V.

1. Campers who submit a refund request at least sixty days before the camp start date shall
receive a refund of 95% of the total fees according to the regulation. However, any amount
of the 5% that exceeds NT$1,000 shall still be refunded.
2. Campers who submit a refund request from the fifty-ninth day before the camp start date
until the actual camp start date shall receive a refund of 90% of the total fees according to
the regulation. However, any amount of the 10% that exceeds NT$1,000 shall still be
refunded.
3. Campers who submit a refund request on the first day of the camp while the end of the
day or the day after shall receive a refund of 70% of the total fees according to the
regulation.
4. Campers who submit a refund request after the second day of classes and within the first
one-third of the total camp duration shall receive a refund of 50% of the total fees according
to the regulation.
5. Campers who submit a refund request after completing more than one-third of the total
camp duration shall not be eligible for any refund of the fees according to the regulation.
退費規定遵循臺北市政府教育局發布實施之「臺北市短期補習班退費規定」

1.學生於開課日前第六十日以前提出退費申請者，應退還當期開班約定繳納費用總額百分之九
十五。但所收取之百分之五部分逾新臺幣一千元部分，仍應退還。
2.學生於開課日前第五十九日至實際開課日當天課程開始前提出退費申請者，應退還當期開班
約定繳納費用總額百分之九十。但所收取之百分之十部分逾新臺幣一千元部分，仍應退還。
3.學生於實際開課日當天課程結束後，第二日（次）上課前（不含當次）提出退費申請者，應退還
當期開班約定繳納費用總額百分之七十。
4.學生於第二日（次）上課後，且未達全期或總課程時數之三分之一期間內提出退費申請者，應
退還當期開班約定繳納費用總額之二分之一。
5.學生於達全期或總課程時數之三分之一以上期間提出退費申請者，所收取之當期開班約定繳
納費用得全數不予退還。
