Undertaking To Participate In Industrial Tour

to participate in Industrial Tour to Hyderabad being organized by the Department of
Banking Technology from 20-03-2024 to 25-03-2024.

I also submit my undertaking for the following,

1. I abide by the Rules & Regulations of the University and report the academic
learning to Faculty Member(s) in the tour every day.
2. I will not travel outside the programme schedule and in case of any violation, it is
my own risk and Faculty Coordinator(s) or the University is not responsible for
such an act.
3. I know that any pleasure trips, visit to Pubs, Bars, Cinemas, etc. are not allowed
in this Industrial Tour.
4. I will see that the Industrial Tour should help in building necessary Industry
Interface and help in creating environment for Campus Placements in future.
5. I will not indulge in any type of quarrels, Misbehaviour / Misconduct with local,
service providers, Faculty Coordinator(s) and even with classmates during the
Industrial Tour.
6. I understand fully the risk involved in travelling outside the University campus
and therefore I or my family will not make either the Faculty coordinators or the
University responsible for any incidence during the Industrial Tour.
7. In case of any violation of my undertaking, I will abide by the disciplinary action
of the faculty coordinators/University at any stage of the Industrial Tour
programme and agree to withdraw from the programme.
