REFLECTION
This 25th of November, my class subject is
Biotechnology, and the topic are all about the
introduction of Traditional and Modern
Biotechnology. I have learned that Traditional
Biotechnology involves the use of natural organisms
to create new foods or improve the existing ones to
make them useful to humans while Modern
Biotechnology involves the use of Genes and living
tissues in a controlled environment to create new
products. I am happy to differentiate between
Traditional Biotechnology and Modern
Biotechnology.

REFLECTION
This 16th of December, my class subject is
Biotechnology and the topic of our class is all about
microbes. I have learned that microbes are
extremely tiny organisms. Most cannot be seen
without using a microscope. Microbes are useful in
the production of foodstuffs such as Beer, Wine,
Bread, Chocolate, Natto, and Yogurt. I understand
our lesson well and can do my performance task
assigned by our teacher.

REFLECTION
The topic of our biotechnology class this 6th of
January is Molecular Genetics. I learned that DNA,
or deoxyribonucleic acid, is the hereditary
material in humans and almost all other
organisms. Nearly every cell in a person's body
has the same DNA. I can analyze the vital role of
DNA, RNA and protein in the transmission of
hereditary traits. I understand that DNA is
important to respect the diversity of life and
promote overall wellness.
REFLECTION OF
PARENTS
I'm glad to see my daughter engaged in her
school activities, and I'm very proud of her
for not giving up despite the many
difficulties she experienced as a STE
student during this pandemic. Thank you for
enabling my daughter the opportunity to
learn from her teacher, who stayed up all
night to finish her homework.
THANK
YOU!
