The maps show how the industrial area will change into a housing area in the future

The map delineates the transformation of a current industrial site into a household area that will take
place in the future. Overall, almost every present location will be altered to many a building, also some
names of facilities will remain.

To begin with, the main road is unchanged during the transformation. However, the parking and storage
to the north of the site will be replaced by two accommodations with 3 bedrooms and 4 bedrooms,
respectively. Additionally, the parking area may be moved to the Southeast of the map, and numerous
apartments can be built there, both of which replaced the previous factory.

Additionally, in the north of the area, the Entrance and Reception are going to transform into three
bedroom house, accompanied by communal gardens. Furthermore, in the south of the map, many an
office and the canteen will be demolished, which is altered by parking garages.
