This SOW, executed in accordance with the terms of that certain Master Supplier Services
Agreement or other applicable master agreement (the “Agreement”) dated xxxxxx between
Microsoft and Supplier is entered into by the parties and effective as of the SOW Effective Date

This SOW pursuant to the Microsoft Purchase Order Terms and Conditions (the “Purchase Order”)

All terms used but not defined in this SOW will have the same meanings as provided in the
Agreement or the Purchase Order, as applicable. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency
between the terms of this SOW and the Agreement or the Purchase Order, as applicable, this SOW

1.Description of Services and Customer information


Pursuant to and in conformance with any standards, guidelines and/or specifications which
may be provided by Microsoft to Supplier from time to time, Supplier will perform or
deliver the following goods, services and/or other items or materials (collectively, the
“Services”) for (“Customer”):
Microsoft Viva Insights shall be deployed in the customer’s environment. The requested
funds shall be utilized in incentivizing resources and expertise used for implementation and
configuration of the services on the customer end.

synchronization.
