My first impression of the website is that is very simple to read and understand with a lot of
pictures and screengrabs.
How do you find the color scheme and typography? Are they appealing and easy to read?
Yes, he breaks everything up well and makes it easy to understand and shows what he is
doing.
Are the images and graphics used on the site of high quality and relevant to the content?
Yes, for everything he has done he has shown a screengrab on the thing and then explains
what he did.
LEVEL 2 – WEBSITE DESIGN – PEER FEEDBACK
It is easy to navigate with everything having the right names and all displayed clearly at the
top
Is the layout of the content logical and does it facilitate a good user experience?
Everything is in order and he goes into more detail in the middle/end of the project.
Are there any elements of the layout that you find particularly confusing or frustrating?
He provides a lot of information that fits and puts images to explain and backup his point.
Is the content well-organized, making it easy to differentiate between sections and topics?
Yes, there is loads of titles and subtitles every time the content changes
Are there clear calls to action where appropriate, guiding the user on what to do next?
Yes, he shows photos when moving on from a subject and explains what he’s doing.
No, everything worked fine and the links were all clickable.
LEVEL 2 – WEBSITE DESIGN – PEER FEEDBACK
I like the way the mood board has different sized images and more scattered around to
being boring and having them next to each other.
Are there interactive elements or multimedia content that enhance the user experience?
How effectively are they implemented?
He uses the gallery tool efficiently and has many link to YouTube.
In what ways does the website stand out from others you have seen in terms of design or
functionality?
It stands out by going straight to the point and explains what he’s doing without yapping.
The users strongest point is screengrabs and explaining what he’s doing.
What are the main areas for improvement that could enhance the user experience or the
quality of the website?
I thing the overall aesthetic could have more photos or color. For example, the burger theme
but change the burger for photos that are relevant to the photos and have less white where
not much is going on. And for the evaluation he should do more paragraphs instead of a big
block of writing.
Can you suggest any specific changes or additions that would make the website more
engaging or easier to use?
Apart from the aesthetic changes and adding more color it is explained well and very clear
the way he explains what he’s doing and easy to read.
