Counsel through this Honorable Court respectfully manifest that:

1. On December 13, 2012 the undersigned counsel received an Order


from this Honorable Court dated November 21, 2013, the dispositive
portion of which is hereto quoted as follows:

“xxx Upon motion of the defense counsel, let


this case be DISMISSED pursuant to the
Affidavit of Desistance of the private
complainant, Onasis Daloos. With the
dismissal of this case, the cashbond earlier
posted by the accused Virginia N. Josaon on
October 30, 2013 in the amount of Twelve
Thousand pesos (P12,000.000 with OPR No.
2424666 is hereby ordered to be released to its
lawful owner.

SO ORDERD”:

2. That because the mail matter was stamped addressed to the law
office, the undersigned opened the mail matter of this Honorable
Court;

3. Unfortunately the content is not intended to the herein counsel;

4. That the undersigned counsel would like to inform this Honorable


Court that either of the parties in the above captioned case is not my
client.

Hence, the original copy of the said Order of this Honorable Court is
hereto attached for proper dispatch and perusal of the Honorable
Court and the herein counsel would like to reiterate that he is never a
party nor a counsel to the above named accused.
