Job Title: Security Operations Center (SOC) Analyst

Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite in Rosemont and 2 days remote – this is subject to change)

Duration: 9-18 Month Contract to hire

Shift: Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm (CST/EST)

Job Overview: This is an operational, SOC Analyst, that’s going to be working alongside Cybersecurity Engineers and various
groups within Reyes IT Department (mainly on the infrastructure side - primarily networking). This individual is going to be
responsible for monitoring the tools for any potential threats and bubbling up any issues proactively to the appropriate
individuals/teams. With that, this individual needs to have an understanding of how various technologies operate, have good
documentation and communication skills, must be well-versed with ServiceNow (or other ticketing systems) and ideally have previous
experience working with QRadar (ideally) or other SIEM monitoring tools.

Top Skills Needed:

Must Have(s):

 Network Skills (Routing, Firewall, and Switching for troubleshooting connectivity)

 OS (Windows/Linux)
 Syslog
 SIEM (basic understanding)
 Application Configuration (Business and IT)
  Excel, Visio, ServiceNow or any other ticket system
