FOB TRANSACTION PROCEDURES TANK TO VESSEL
1. Buyer issues ICPO.
2. Seller issues Commercial Invoice (CI), buyer signs and returns to seller.
3. Buyer provides to Seller CPA(VESSEL) for seller verification and acceptance.
4. Seller issues to buyer the following documents
4.1. ATSC
4.2. DTA
4.3. STATEMENT OF AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCT
4.4. COMPANY REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE
4.5. PRODUCT PASSPORT
5. The seller shall provide the coordinates of quasi-tank to the buyer.
6. The buyer verifies that there is no problem and provides the latest qualified SGS testing fee to the third-
party testing institution designated by the seller.

7. The buyer extends the seller's tank for time necessary, up to three days (€45,000 per day)
8. Seller issues all full pop documents to buyer, and the NCNDA/IMFPA is signed by all intermediaries.
9. Seller injects products into buyer’s Vessel
10. buyer makes the payment for the total value of product injected into the vessel through MTI03 -TT
11. Upon seller receiving the payment for the product from the buyer, seller issues to buyer the Title of
ownership of the product and all exporting documents of the product.
12. Buyer lifts the product
13. Seller pays all intermediaries involved in the transaction their commission.
14. Contract commences.
Note: The buyer signs the joint venture agreement with the Seller
