People tend to use e-mail and messages to communicate which is an easier, faster and more

convenient a way to talk. However, in some situations, meeting and talking to each other in
person is better than any other way. This is because speaking with others face-to-face can help
reduce misunderstanding and avoid being rude. Online talking plays an important role in
society these days, sometimes making people forget it is also essential to communication face-
to-face.

I totally agree with the author’s opinion. The reason for this is that using technology to
communicate can be faster and more convenient. However, this can easily lead to
misunderstanding and cause arguments among friends or colleges. This problem can be solved
when people talk to each other in person because they can see other’s expressions and
emotions, which messaging cannot do. I believe that communicating face-to-face cannot be
replaced despite the development of technological devices.
