The Cagayan de Oro (Bugo) School of Arts and Trades (COBSAT) is implementing
the supervised industry learning (SIL)/on-the-job-training (OJT) and job shadowing
(plant tour) of our trainees, and job facilitation of our graduates. Likewise, for the
industry immersion of our trainers in various industries. On the other hand, whenever
necessary, we can also offer skills training enhancement and certification for industry
workers.
