When the Lord blesses the five loaves of bread and fish in
your hands, it will prosper.
You can apply the word of God and word of faith in every
area of your life. Speak especially to your internal organs.
Speak to your body. Say "You are being renewed in youth
and strength!"
You can exercise and become fit, but fitness does not
equate with health. The Lord gives health.
There are things that the Bible says we can do that will
shorten or prolong the length of our life.
At the Red Sea, Moses raised his rod and the sea covered and killed
the Egyptians perfectly. This time it wasn't but his might, it was by
the Spirit. Don't rely on your own might, rely on the Holy Spirit.
“This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth,
but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may
observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then
you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have
good success.” (Joshua 1:8 NKJV)
“And the LORD will take away from you all sickness, and
will afflict you with none of the terrible diseases of Egypt
which you have known, but will lay them on all those who
hate you.” (Deuteronomy 7:15 NKJV)
Proverbs 6:22 - God's words will lead you, keep you and
speak with you at all times.
If you awaken at night because of negative thoughts,
meditate on and quote God's words.
“When you roam, they will lead you; When you sleep, they
will keep you; And when you awake, they will speak with
you.” (Proverbs 6:22 NKJV)
“He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up
for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all
things?” (Romans 8:32 NKJV)
A ruminant (animal with a stomach that has four compartments.
Example: cow) chews its food, swallows it, and spits it out again as
cud, and swallows it back again, sucking its nutrients and water into
the body. This is how you meditate - by feeding on the word over
and over again.
Parents, speak of God and His word when you are around
your children.
When good things happen, say "Praise Jesus!" And
mention it to them. That's how you can help them to
develop a heart for God.
