Throughout my career as agricultural finance expert, business development manager, branch manager,
account relationship officer, and credit analyst, I have achieved repeated successes and contributed as a
team member in the realization of memorable milestones.

I was able to designed a financing model to onboard 35000 smallholder coffee farmers, operating as
members under 12 farmer cooperatives in the North West Region of Cameroon. With a loan size of
550million FCFA, the project was aimed at financing the collection of coffee beans from smallholder
farmers via their respective cooperatives. The trade finance process was made easy through a tripartite
convention between an upstream aggregator, a collateral management firm and the bank.

Design proposals to source alternative means of improving the company’s Treasury position. The target
audience here included High net-worth individuals, insurance companies, pension funds, etc.

Grow overall customer portfolio from 38,000 to 86,000 customers within four (4) years.

Successfully onboard corporate customers to create stability and going concern of the business.

progressively reduced the PAR ratio from 36% to 15% in 4years

Develop and introduced a new credit product (financing the clearing of containers at the port).

Strategic team member during the negotiation and roll-out plan of some digital services “PUSH & PULL”
in partnership with ORANGE CAMEROON, and VISA CARDS with UBA BANK
