Analysis:

To improve our service and to deliver programs that meet the needs of our trainees, the Regional Manpower Development Center is conducting program
evaluation every end of a training program.

For the year 2021, 599 trainees have accomplished the form from different qualifications asking them to rate their experience on the Learning Outcome,
Content of the training, Venue and Administration, the facilitator or trainer who conducted the training and the attitude of the trainee resulting from the
activities of the training program.

The item on Learning Outcome got an average rating of 4.74 or Outstanding, Content of the training got 4.75 or Outstanding, Venue and Administration got
4.65 or Outstanding, the facilitator from different qualification got an average of 4.79 or Outstanding and the trainees rated their attitude 4.70 or
Outstanding.

Thus, the overall rating given to the different program for the year 2021 is 4.73 or outstanding.
