on the rented area without the written permission of the

Landlord; otherwise the later may claim revocation of the
contract in addition to evacuation and compensation.
Although, The Lessee reserves his right to carry out decoration,
or repairs works to the subject of tenancy conform to its (‫رش‬Ύό‫)ال دنبال‬
activities not to affect the safety of the building.

The Lessee may not assign the rent, sublet or lend the rented

The Lessee undertakes to pay all fees, deposits and charges for

refunded unless the Lessee present a clearance proof against

In all cases, it is further agreed that the Landlord has the right
to enter the Leased Premises at all reasonable times during the
day subject to prior notice in order to view the state of the

Landlord shall respect Lessee’s rights under this
Agreement, guaranteeing the undisturbed use of the Leased
Premises by performing the maintenance and repairs set (‫رشع سد‬Ύ‫)سال دنبال‬

The Lessee shall comply with trade regulations and any
Rules and Regulations regarding the Building as set out by
the Landlord from time to time and will sent to the Lessee

Qatar courts shall be competent to settle any disputes may
arise out of this contract. The address of the rented property
shall be the legal address of the second party for all legal
purposes.

made into Arabic and English language, in case of any
discrepancy or ambiguity between the two text, the
