to enter the Leased Premises at all reasonable times during the
day subject to prior notice in order to view the state of the

Landlord shall respect Lessee’s rights under this
Agreement, guaranteeing the undisturbed use of the Leased
Premises by performing the maintenance and repairs set (رشع سدΎ)سال دنبال

The Lessee shall comply with trade regulations and any
Rules and Regulations regarding the Building as set out by
the Landlord from time to time and will sent to the Lessee

Qatar courts shall be competent to settle any disputes may
arise out of this contract. The address of the rented property
shall be the legal address of the second party for all legal
purposes.
