-> Before she broke into music, she was already

-> Then, in 2011, she released the album "Who You
Are", which was like a mix of styles and people
really liked it.
-> In 2015, she rocked the song "Flashlight" for the
movie "Pitch Perfect 2". This song was beautiful
and showed another facet of her talent.
->Jessie J's journey is full of ups and downs, her
songs continue to inspire and move everyone,
showing that talent and persistence make all
the difference.
 BARDEN BELLAS:
ROLL: 02 - The Barden Bellas are a choral group at Barden
University in Georgia from the movie Pitch Perfect.
The members are: Aubrey Posen, Beca Michtell,
TAKE: BARDEN BELLAS Chloe Beale, Cynthia Rose, Emily Junk, Florencia
Fuents, Lilly Oakunamara, Patricia Hobart and Stacie
Conrad.
- Their story begins in film 1, where they create an
acapella group according to the ancient traditions of
traditional belles. With this college group, they
compete, sing, have fun and become best friends.
- An interesting curiosity is that the famous singer
Demi Lobato was going to play one of the Barden
Bellas, but it ended up not working out.
- The soundtrack album was released on May 12, 2015,
debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 with
107,000 units.
 ROLL: 03 -> The song Flashlight composed by Jessie J was especially
for the movie “Pitch Perfect”.
-> In the film, the Bellas are going to the world competition
of acapellas, but with almost no hope of victory.
TAKE: SONG “FLASHLIGHT” Wanting to innovate to join the competition's game,
the group needs to find them selfs again because they
have lost their essence and start making songs and
performances without important meanings, as they
used to.
“Jessie J's "Flashlight" is a song about finding strength during difficult times and trusting in the
love and support of another person to help you find your way forward. The lyrics talk about
someone who feels uncertain and scared about the future, but who feels comforted and inspired
when he looks up to the sky and sees a sign of hope. They then realize that the person they love is
their ”flashlight" and is leading them through the dark night, giving them the courage and
strength to carry on. The song is about how even in the darkest of times, we can find the light of
hope and love that can lead us to a better future.”
“I have everything I need when I have you and I look around
me, it's a lifetime. I'm stuck in the dark, but you're my beam of
light, you're getting me through the night. I can't stop my
heart when you shine in my eyes, I can't lie, it's a sweet life.”
