EVALUATION DATES

Oral Evaluations: 3rd, 4th, and 5th day of each unit.

Written Evaluations: 5th day of each unit.

S1: September 8th,9th, and 12th

S2: August 15th, 16th, and 19th

S3: August 22nd, 23rd, and 26th

Writing 1: September 12th

Writing 2: September 19th

Writing 3: September 26th

Reading Quiz: September 27th

ALP: September 27th and 29th

Final Exam: September 28th

PD: The teacher has control of the Oral Evaluations but he/she doesn’t have control of Written
Evaluations.

If a student has a problem with a written evaluation, the student has to communicate with the
Academic Area and explain the situation. Then the Academic Area will authorize the teacher
to reschedule a written evaluation.
