invaluable member of the Athletic Communication team at Mississippi College during his
tenure.

Jace served as an integral part of our department, demonstrating exceptional skills in various
areas that significantly contributed to the success of our communication initiatives. One of Jace's
primary responsibilities was managing our statistics and graphics, where he consistently
showcased his proficiency in delivering accurate and visually appealing content. His attention to
detail and creativity were evident in the quality of work he produced.

Jace distinguished himself by bringing innovative ideas to the table, showing his ability to think
outside the box. His initiatives, such as taking charge of our social media accounts and
spearheading the creation of basketball pregame videos, were particularly commendable. Jace
not only proposed these ideas but also took the initiative to see them through to completion,
highlighting his dedication and commitment to enhancing our communication strategies.

One of Jace's standout qualities is his reliability and trustworthiness. I have complete confidence
in Jace's capabilities, to the extent that if I were ever unable to attend an event, I would entrust
him to manage and execute it seamlessly. Jace has consistently proven himself to be a
dependable team member, always willing to go above and beyond expectations. His positive
attitude, combined with his strong work ethic, makes him a pleasure to work with.

Jace's willingness to learn and his fearlessness in tackling new challenges further set him apart.
He not only fulfills the tasks assigned to him but also takes the initiative to explore additional
responsibilities. Jace embraces opportunities for growth, and his eagerness to expand his skill set

In particular, Jace's video creation skills have been nothing short of impressive. The videos he
produced demonstrated a keen eye for detail, storytelling prowess, and the ability to captivate our
audience. His talent in this area significantly contributed to the overall success of our
communication efforts.
His outstanding work ethic, creativity, reliability, and positive attitude make him an asset to any
