LEAVE CREDITS REQUEST LETTER

To whom it may concern,

This email is to seek your approval for additional 2 leave credit to our
current 15 leave credits (7.5 Sick leave & 7.5 Vacation leave credits) for the
proper system of using their benefits, I improved it by reducing two sick benefits,
and transferred it to the vacation benefit, company didn’t violate DOLE
requirement which says that each employee has only five sick benefits with pay
that we have to pay to them if they didn’t use it throughout the year and for other
paid benefits the decision is up to the company distributions, and for that decision I
have to add two more vacation benefits with total of 17 leave credits, (5 Sick leave
& 12 Vacation leaves credit) for each employee, and divide it per month, each
employee can use one paid vacation leave only per month, this is to avoid long
absences or vacation without proper consideration on their work, if employee will
not return to work we don’t have to pay the rest of their absences since their 12
vacation leave is divided into 12 months, and with this, they will have to use their
sick leave and avoid habitual tardiness and absences of work.
For sick leave I have a company handbook which is employee have to
adhere, it says that for more than 3 days use of sick leave, it should be supported
by a medical certificates from medical doctors before returning to work.
