President (Owner)

Description of responsibilities:

-Developing and refining the overall vision, mission, and goals of the spring roll business, including
expansion plans, market positioning, and target markets.

- Providing strong leadership to employees, setting clear expectations, fostering a positive work culture,
and motivating teams to achieve business objectives.

- Monitoring day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, quality control, and adherence to food safety
standards and regulations.

- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including food safety regulations, labor
laws, and business licensing requirements.

-Planning for the long-term sustainability of the business, including environmental sustainability
initiatives, succession planning, and risk management strategies.
