QUERY:
The LOA reference 051/LOA/HTS-CB-MTC/VIII/2022 dated 23 February referred.

While the LOA is still under negotiation, the Contractor has until tomorrow to confirm the carrying vessel for the mooring chain and
fittings scheduled to depart Shanghai port on 10-15 April 2023. The voyage takes about 10 days and will be just-in-time to arrive in
Singapore for the mobilisation for phase 1 campaign. Failing which to secure this carry vessel schedule, the next schedule will be
end of April 2023 and this will definitly not work for the T&I Phase 1 campiagn. The purpose of this TQ is to seek the Consortium
permission to order the commercial shipment for the mooring chains and fittings from China to Singapore for the T&I mobilization. .

The estimated cost of the shipment, including stevedoring, is USD 200,000. However, this cost will only be billed to Consortium if the
T&I contract fails to realize.

In light of the above, we strongly urge the Consortium to provide their decision by 28th March 2023 for us to proceed with the
shipment We sincerely appreciate your prompt attention and action in this matter.

The Consortium hereby approved for FOI to arrange the shipment of the moring chains and fittings.
Consortium shall compensate FOI the above amount in the event the T&I contract failed to realize. Yes / No.
