Letter of Complaint, service (Restaurant)

Yesterday I was at your restaurant “Shaker”,I want to say that it was horrible experience in my life
with restaurants ever.
First of all,I want mention that I did reservation for Thursday 7.00 pm and booked a table for three
people on the terrasse, when I arrived there was no place for me and my friends, we were waiting
for one hour and after when we got tables at almost 8:15,your waiters divided the tables and put a
clear plastic partition between me and my friends, the reason was different apartments between me
and friends,I have never seen or heard something like this and on the site were no information
about it.
The minus is that I heard everybody but not my friends, because of plastic protector between us
.When we ordered food, we were waiting for our order I think for straight one hour with something
just for two burgers and small poutine.Two hours of waiting, it wasn’t worth that.
Poutine was really bad,I think the worst poutine I have ever eaten, because fries were completely
dry like crackers and a little bit cold probably because of long waiting,my friend’s burgers weren’t
that tasty as we expected after two hours of waiting, we were very hungry.
I liked only shots and your brand drinks they are really good and great variety,I can say only drinks
saved this evening.The place looks good and clean inside and outside,plus truly acceptable
prices,waiters are friendly and good looking as a visitors, no fully drunk people.Basically, pleasant
atmosphere, but the food and waiting spoiled the evening a little bit.

I would recommend to do something with food and with your weird rule, because this rule really
gets on the way.
