Bantay Insik Integrated School has 23
teaching and non-teaching personnel. Out of
the twenty-three school faculty, three of them
are non-teaching personnel. We have 1
Master Teacher in the elementary and 1 Head
Teacher in the Junior High School
department. Teachers attended various
trainings and seminars on reading and
numeracy skills. Teachers should focus on
the reading and numeracy skills. Learners'
capability on reading and numeracy skills is
low based on the assessment of the teachers
and it reflects that 50% of the learners in
Grades 4 to 6 have poor reading and
numeracy skills which is why teachers should
fill in the gap in learning so that learners can
