RE: For the professional services of ____________________________,

in the Case for ____________________________, where herein CLIENT
is the Plaintiff. This will confirm your engagement with my services and
Professional Fees which shall be as follows:
1. TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php200, 000.00) as
ACCEPTANCE FEE for the instant case and payable upon confirmation
of this agreement. This acceptance fee is non-refundable;

2. THREE THOUSAND PESOS (Php3,000.00) as APPEARANCE FEE

within ____________________, and FIVE THOUSAND PESOS
(Php5,000.00) outside ____________________________, for every
appearance in court and/or conferences/meetings plus all out-of-pocket
expenses incurred in connection with the handling of the case and is
payable on or before the scheduled court appearance or
conferences/meetings;

3. TEN THOUSAND PESOS (Php10,000.00) payable during the PRE-

TRIAL of the instant case;

4. FIFTEEN THOUSAND PESOS (Php15,000.00) payable upon receipt

of a favorable decision from the Honorable Court;

5. FIVE PERCENT (5%) of the total amount collected/paid;

6. MOTIONS, AFFIDAVITS, AND ANY OTHER PLEADINGS prepared and filed

in court (Php2,000.00) payable 2 days before the date of filing;

7. DISBURSEMENTS MADE TO THIRD PARTIES to carry out your matter

forward such as courier travel, process service, searches, transcripts,
certificates, and photocopying shall be shouldered by you. A monthly
Billing Statement, supported by receipts, for the incurred expenses,
shall be sent to you for your perusal. All other items will be supplied as
part of my fee;
 8. Should the instant case be settled amicably at any stage of the
proceedings, I shall be entitled to the total aggregate amount of the
aforementioned professional fees; and

9. Should the instant case be elevated on appeal, a separate contract and

billing will be agreed upon ONLY WITH RESPECT TO APPEAL. I sincerely
hope that neither of us will find it necessary to end our relationship
early. However, if either of us decides to end our relationship, I will
expect you to pay all outstanding bills before your files and/or records
are released. In like manner, where we both agreed that the
professional fees will be contingent on the outcome of the case and the
case is withdrawn, I shall be entitled to full payment of the professional
fees counted from the start of the proceedings until the last pleading
filed before your file and/or records will be released.
