2.1.3 Menus
General settings
Settings which are responsible for the programme sequence
of the machine are stored here.
Parameterise measurements
Limit values of the analogue values can be set here and
analogue values can be simulated.
Only authorised users can change values.
Service customer
Customised parameters can be set here.
This menu is only accessible for authorised users.
Drives
Symbol for a motor
A ventilator or pump is respectively represented. Other motors are
represented by an “M”.
If the motor stands still, the symbol is grey.
In case of a fault the symbol flashes red/black or red/white.
During operation the symbol is green.
Valves, gates
Symbol for a valve or gate
If closed, the symbol is grey.
In case of a fault the symbol flashes red/black or red/white.
If open, the symbol is green.
If the drive is in motion, the symbol flashes in the colour of the expected
status.
Motor gates
Symbol for a motor gate
If closed, the symbol is grey.
In case of a fault the symbol flashes red/black or red/white.
If open, the symbol is green.
If the drive is in motion, the symbol flashes in the colour of the expected
status.
Compressors
Symbol for a compressor
If the desired status is reached, the symbol is green.
In case of a fault the symbol flashes red/black or red/white.
The home picture contains the overview of the plant. Here you can select the operation
mode for the drives, automatic and manual. The status displays show the current
operation mode and the fault status of a drive.
Press the key Home to reach the home picture from every
NAVIGATION submenu.
In the window Setting you adjust the basic settings of your programme:
• Set date and time
• Settings for each drive

2. Press on the input field for the date. A software keyboard opens.

Press the key to reach the window Fault message where all
NAVIGATION current fault messages are indicated.
The window Fault message lists all currently active fault messages including number, time
and date.
As long as a fault is present, the key Reset flashes. It also flashes during active reset.
Press the key Reset to reset all faults which have been removed.
Caution
Check regularly and particularly after reconstructions of the plant whether the
optical signals are visible.
Warning messages do not have to be reset. If a warning message is not active anymore, it
is automatically removed from the window Warning message.
Press the key Archive in the menu bar and select the
NAVIGATION required archive.
All messages, operating or fault statuses of the plant that have occurred so far are
documented in the archives. The memory size depends on the type of operator device
Keys for the operation in manual operation mode, depending on the aggregate:

OFF, ON or CLOSE, OPEN or BACKWARDS, STOP, FORWARDS …
Caution
The control of an aggregate via control screen refers to the electronic
connection, not to the mechanical implementation of the plant.
Press the key in the menu bar on the right and then the
NAVIGATION key .

Make sure that no cleaning solution infiltrates into the operator device.
Clean the operator device only by using a soft cotton cloth and a mild
cleaner.
Maintenance
The operator device is maintenance-free.
