Dear Sir,
The relationship between brother’s letter dated 01 August 2023 and number
003/PG/VIII/2023 regarding the shortage of 3 units of NMAX motorbikes has been well
received.
After we re-examined the delivery producedure, it turned out that there was a mistake
by an employee who was not focused on installing the egine on the motorbike. So that 3
units of your order are not what you want.
As an apology for our negligence, we will send 3 units of NMAX motorbike to your
brother as soon as possible and we will reduce the payment fee by 10% from Rp
370.000.000 to Rp 333.000.000. We will also bear the cost of shipping the goods.
