LAC Session on the Implementation of Result-Based Performance Management System- Philippine Professional Standards for
Title Teachers for School Year 2021-2022
In response to the new professional standards for teachers of the Department of Education (DepEd) under DM
Rationale no. 004, s.2022 or the Implementation of Result-Based Performance Management System- Philippine Professional
Standards for Teachers for School Year 2021-2022, Gonzales Elementary School will conduct SLAC session. This
activity aims to set out clear expectations of teachers along well-defined career stages of professional development
from beginning to distinguished practice; engage teachers to actively embrace a continuing effort in attaining
proficiency; and apply a uniform measure to assess teacher performance, identify needs, and provide support for
professional development during the new normal set-up education.
The said LAC Session on the Implementation of Result-Based Performance Management System-
Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers for School Year 2021-2022 will be conducted to lighten up and
freshen up teachers on the new sets of MOVs and objectives for this school year.
This training will strictly follow the rules and regulations set by the Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) to mitigate
the spread of COVID-19 virus. Thus, the activity will be done separately and virtually via google meet inside the
school premises using internet connection.
This program is one-day training design for teaching and non-teaching personnel. It focuses on
Program Description capacitating them in implementing the Result-Based Performance Management System- Philippine
Professional Standards for Teachers for SY 2021-2022.
Terminal Objective:
At the end of the webinar, teachers will be informed and enlightened on the implementation of Result-Based
Performance Management System- Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers for School Year
2021-2022.
1. Help teachers in understanding the performance objectives and indicators to be used in SY 2021-2022, and
in determining the acceptable means of verification (MOV) for each indicator.
2. Set out clear expectations of teachers along well-defined career stages of professional development from
beginning to distinguished practice.
3. Apply a uniform measure to assess performance, identify needs, and provide support for professional
development during the new normal set-up education.

Course Description This virtual training program shall use synchronous mode. The theoretical content of the session will be delivered
through lecture, question and answer and sharing. It’s an evidence-based intervention in which the participants
are required to submit online output to measure the learning acquired from the training. The program design
encompasses content and pedagogical approaches, strategies on how to implement RPMS-PPST for School Year
2021-2022.
