I am Lenie A. Austria and I will narrate an incident on June 30, 2023 inside our
office, which is the root of our dispute with Ms. Amelia Espinosa (TL), a week
before, I informed her that if possible she would allow me to stay the night
because I could catch up with my Doctor at St.Lukes Medical Center (QC) to
schedule surgery for my goiter disease, she agreed well, she posted it in our
chat group. Around six o'clock in the evening, I was suddenly told like this,
"Lenie, please provide a medical certificate and you are requesting for the
night shift, you are sick and if somethingawdawdawdawdawdawd happens to
you, maybe HR will blame me" then I said "Ma'am I thought we had already
talked there, why did you change your mind?” She said, “Well, if you have a
complaint, you can go to Sir Ronie" and that's when our argument started that
led to a personal one. After our answer, she went down and looked for an HR
Employee and according to him she talked to Sir Fajardo (HR Head) we met
him at the lobby and he carried me back up to the inside of our office. "Just
make a letter requesting to so you can be transferred to the 3rd shift and then
bring it to the clinic” Sir Fajardo said. That night, I was very angry with her
because I felt like she is personalizing me.
